As a first time buyer I was really freaking out about the process of buying a new home. Till I actually sat down with Amy and she gave me a crash course on what I needed to do and what to stay away from. Amy was an absolute joy to work with! We were new to the process, being first time home buyers, and of course we wanted nothing less than the perfect house with a long list of must haves. Amy is so good at her job, that we found our house the 2nd time we went house hunting together! We put down an offer on a house that received several other offers. Amy personally emailed the buyers realtor explaining our story: soon to be newlyweds wanting a house that was perfect for starting a family. It did the trick and within a month we closed! Unfortunately, the buyer’s did not do their part in ensuring the house was in perfect condition upon move out. It was a mess and we were so disappointed when we saw how they left it. She even left us a little housewarming gift on our doorstep and in our fridge. As a first time buyer I was really freaking out about the process of buying a new home. Till I actually sat down with Amy and she gave me a crash course on what I needed to do and what to stay away from. She would look at the properties before I would get to them and would let me know as soon as I would arrived at the property if it was even worth it for me to do a walk-through or move on to the next one. She is also very patient because I was being picky on the house lay out I wanted.

My wife and I put Amy under pressure to get us in a house in a three day time frame as we relocated from North Carolina to Texas. She was able to get us under contract in half that time (1 1/2 days) and for much less than the asking price. She knew the Wilson County area well and helped us sift through all the options available to us. Although getting under contract was an impressive feat, Amy set the bar at an even higher level with how easy she made the process of e-signing all the documentation. I was sending her e-mails at all hours of the day with additional questions about Texas specific real estate questions and typically had a response in 1 - 4 hours. I would recommend Amy to friends and family that are looking at purchasing a home in the near future.
